Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to drafting work by AUestate Drafting & Design.
1. Services
AUestate Drafting & Design prepares building drawings for council approval. We provide drafting services only. Where the law requires a structural engineer, energy assessor, building surveyor or other professional, their work is separate and is not covered by our drawings.
2. Information you provide
You agree to give us accurate site details, such as boundaries, levels, existing structures and any survey information. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Council approval
We draft to help your application meet council requirements, but the decision rests with the council. We cannot guarantee approval. What is included for changes requested by council is set out in your quote.
4. Quotes, payment and cancellation
Work starts once you accept a written quote. If you cancel after drafting has started, you will be charged for the work completed up to that point.
5. Ownership of drawings
Once paid in full, you may use the drawings for the project they were prepared for. We may show the drawings in our portfolio, with personal details such as names and addresses removed, unless you ask us not to.
6. Liability
Builders and trades must check all dimensions on site before starting work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
