Good to know before you start
My quotes cover drafting only. Depending on your project, you may also need:
- a land survey of your property
- a structural engineer to certify footings or structural changes
- an energy efficiency assessment (usually for new homes and extensions)
- council application fees
I'll tell you up front which of these apply to your project, so there are no surprises.
How it works
- Tell me about your project. Send the property address and what you want to build. Sketches or photos help.
- Get a quote. Including which surveys, engineering or assessments your project needs.
- Review the drawings. We go over the plans together until you're happy with them.
- Lodge with council. If the planner asks for changes, I update the plans until they're approved.
